Life in Hospice
Death is a lot like birth . . . it never goes exactly as planned.
This phase is an opportunity to discuss both your own end-of-life expectations and/or that of a loved one; either preparing for or already within hospice care.
Not everyone will need hospice. However, for those that do, it’s not always clear when to start and how to recognize quality care.
I’m available at any hour of the day or night for your most dire questions. Hospice care, which is covered by Medicare, usually has the capacity to support most of your needs and answer most of your questions. My presence is when you need an outside observer to add comfort and advice at your most stressed and unsure. The final days of any person’s life is full of unknowns, with every day bringing new and unique changes. Everyone is different and it takes a village of professional and non-professional caregivers to usher in a peaceful passing.
